As requested by ESDT, we required a competent person from the Fina team to modify some dairy standard pipework. Due to some warranty work that was asked for by our client at Oxoid, a division of Thermo Fisher Ltd in Basingstoke. The original work on the Feed skid was manufactured by a larger manufacturing facility in the UK. However, some pipework had multiple pin holes in some of the pipework from the manufacturing process of the pipe. Sam turned up on-site, with this brief description to repair several sections of the 1 ½” dairy pipework. He efficiently liased with the site contact, then checked the pipework for leaks and purge-welded the affected area as required to finish the welding to dairy quality. His attitude to do this work and conduct at the pharmaceutical supplying facility was without question.
So ESDT is willing and wanting to work with Fina, knowing what experience and skills they have in-house at the right cost. At a flexible time, scale and quality that matches our company's requirements.
